We monitor all incoming flights. If your flight is delayed or arrives early, we will adjust your pick-up time accordingly. You do not need to contact us unless your flight details change completely. There are no extra charges for reasonable flight delays.
For Terminal 1, proceed to Door A (inside, pre-arranged limo area). For Terminal 3, proceed to Door A, Post/Pillar #7 (inside, pre-arranged limo area). Your chauffeur will have a name sign. Detailed instructions will be in your booking confirmation.
Luggage capacity depends on the vehicle selected. Sedans typically fit 2-3 standard suitcases, while SUVs and Vans offer significantly more space. Please specify your luggage needs when booking or contact us for advice.

Absolutely. You can easily book on behalf of someone else. Just provide their name and flight details. We can also coordinate directly with the passenger if needed.
Yes, we provide child car seats (rear-facing, forward-facing, and booster seats) upon request for a small additional fee. Please request this during your booking.
We recommend booking at least 24-48 hours in advance, especially during peak travel seasons. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute Toronto airport limo requests based on availability.
